Pricing

What it costs, and how we say so.

We are not going to put a number on this page before it is real. Here is how pricing will work, and exactly where the numbers are.

Three things that will always be true.

  • You see the price before you confirm

Every purchase shows what leaves your wallet, on the confirmation screen, before you authorise it. Nothing is added afterwards.

  • We make our money on a margin, and we say so

We buy from licensed providers and resell at a margin. That is the business. It is a more honest description than “free”, which usually means the cost is somewhere you are not looking.

  • A failed purchase returns your money in full

Funds are held before a purchase is attempted, not taken. If the purchase definitively fails, the hold is released in the same ledger the balance is read from. If the outcome is genuinely unknown, we resolve it with the provider rather than guessing in either direction.

Our rates are not published yet

Pricing for each product is set against the providers we buy from, and those agreements are not finished. Rather than publish a figure we would have to correct, this page will stay empty of numbers until they are approved — and then the rates for every product will be listed here, in full, before accounts open.

If you need a figure before then, ask us directly and you will get a straight answer or an honest “not decided yet”.

How the margin works

ZenvaPay is a distribution business. We buy airtime, data, bills, exam PINs and gift cards from licensed providers and resell them, and the difference is our revenue. That difference is recorded as its own entry in the ledger at the moment the purchase settles, in the same balanced entry as the purchase itself — which is why it cannot be applied as a surprise afterwards.

Reserving the full amount before we call a provider is a deliberate part of the same design: what leaves your wallet is decided before the purchase is attempted, not after it succeeds. Our rates for each product are not published yet.
